We have a wide range of plans available to tune up your running and help keep you free from injury. If you've never done S&C before or if you're well into the routine of strength training we've got proven plans for you to take your running to the next level. Recommended for 5k to marathon distance.

6-Week Plans

Beginner

Designed for those with very limited strength training experience. A mixture of simple strength and plyometric exercises to tune you up for an upcoming race or introduce yourself to S&C.

For those with some basic experience of strength training but perhaps struggle to stay consistent or want to learn more exercises to help. A mixture of more technical strength and plyometric exercises to push on your training.

A programme for those who regularly S&C train and have had a variety of experiences but are looking for an extra edge to improve their running. A mixture of advanced strength, power and plyometrics to thoroughly condition you for your training or an upcoming race
