Undertake a complete runners performance testing battery to find out your key strengths and weaknesses. Tests are designed to measure key performance metrics and injury prevention measures to identify the areas you need to improve or maintain to help keep training consistent and break PB’s.

Strength testing
Jump testing (height and RSI)
Calf testing
Hamstring testing
Core testing
Following booking a suitable time and place to conduct the testing will be arranged via E-Mail. Available only in Yorkshire.
