Ollie Robinson
Head Strength Coach
Ollie has a master’s degree in strength and conditioning along with 4 years S&C coaching experience to runners.
‘I got into S&C for running because as a young runner, if I knew what I know now it would’ve saved me from many injuries. I want to minimise the risk and impact of injury in today’s runners to maximise their time training and doing what they love.’
Keen interests include tendon strength for running and reactive strength index and it’s relationship to performance.
‘I massively helped my knee pain and hamstring weakness with Ollie and took lots of time off my PB’s!’
